Just one more sign that my baby is becoming a big girl. She earned her first milk mustache today! Hallie tried her first cup of whole milk today. We started off with half formula, half milk. She tossed it back and drank it down like it was candy. I know she must've loved it because she usually takes a drink and tosses her cup aside to play. Instead she wanted to drink and play. Play with daddy to be exact. He was blowing on her belly while she tipped her cup back....drinking, laughing and playing with her belly didn't add up to be a good combo. Is it possible for milk to curdle in a baby's belly within two minutes. She had yucky white chunks coming back up within minutes. Yuck! We won't give up...maybe just a less potent concoction tomorrow. Is lactose intolerance genetic? :) I hope not!
