Gerber daisies from these Gerber babies
Harper with her pretty pink cupcake
Of course I had to snap a photo of Ms. Jennifer with her girls this morning....
Harper was in "mommy mode" and taking care of Hallie this morning. Topping off her list of things to do was placing "baby Hallie" in the plastic baby bed. Something tells me baby Hallie didn't have this on the top of her list.....
"Lay down baby Hallie..."
"This is a tight fit."
Hallie got to join the big kids at the table for some cupcake sampling and she even snuck a few cheetos from her neighbor...sneaky, sneaky baby. :) Thank goodness she was on her best behavior for Jennifer's last day....the fact that she is now able to toddle anywhere she pleases may have something to do with her "happy as a lark" self these past couple days.
Ms. Jennifer, we will surely miss you in the nursery but will let you borrow "Princess Baby Hallie" anytime you would like. ;) Thank you for all of the love and energy you have put into taking care of our babes! You have been a blessing! <3
Some other things changing at church: say hello to one of our new Sunday school teachers......
He asks that we refer to him as Mr. Fanning and made sure to lay down strict rules on his first morning by making a "tardy" list and writing down everyone who was late on the white board. He runs a tight ship I tell ya. All joking aside, Riley has kicked off a new series in our young adult Sunday school class. Each couple will be switching off every two weeks and taking over teaching duties. I am obviously biased but our class is made up of some pretty awesome people! We started a series on parenting today and it seems like it's going to work out really well for our class. Lord knows I need all the help I can get to keep this wild girl in line, lol. Now we just need to come up with a good name for our class. We were given strict orders from our teacher to "pray about it" this week. We will do just that, Mr. Fanning. :)
